The AINOTE Starter Plan includes unlimited cloud storage space but offers limited-time synchronization services.
- Notes with an edit record within the last 50 days are synced to the cloud server, with no limit on storage size.
- Notes with no edit record in the last 50 days cannot be synced to the cloud server.
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
After subscribing to the AINOTE Pro Plan, you can view your subscription details and choose to cancel auto-renewal in the Account Center on the AINOTE 2 device and the AINOTE official website.
Can I get a refund after subscribing to the AINOTE Pro Plan?
- Free Trial: When subscribing for the first time, you are required to enter payment information, but you will not be charged during the 90-day free trial.
- Validation Fee: When entering payment information for the first time, a small validation fee (e.g., USD $0.01) will be deducted to verify the card’s validity. This fee is non-refundable.
- Subscription Fees: After the 90-day trial ends, if auto-renewal is active, you will automatically be charged for the next subscription period. Once the payment is successful, refunds are not supported.

What is the AINOTE Care+ service included in the Annual AINOTE Pro Plan?
AINOTE Care+ is a hardware after-sales service provided by AINOTE.You automatically receive AINOTE Care+ benefits when you subscribe to the Annual AINOTE Pro Plan.
Coverage: Valid during your Annual AINOTE Pro Plan subscription period and within 2 years of device activation.
Service: If your device suffers non-accidental hardware damage (not caused by human error), you are eligible to replace it with a brand-new unit of the same model.
Limit: You are entitled to one free replacement service per annual subscription cycle.
1-Year Warranty Expiration: The warranty period for the original device will be extended to the replaced new device.
Why didn’t I receive AINOTE Care+ benefits?
The Monthly AINOTE Pro Plan does not include AINOTE Care+. AINOTE Care+ benefits are exclusive to the Annual subscription of the AINOTE Pro Plan.

- Standard Warranty: All AINOTE 2 devices come with a free warranty valid for 1 year from the activation date. You can request repairs for non-accidental hardware issues.Authorized dealers in specific regions and channels may offer extended warranty periods.
